That link you sent clearly states:

If we talk about the initial receipt of a visa in the United States, then, first of all, the terms of obtaining an American visa depend on the seasonal changes in the “demand” for it. Traditionally, the number of those wishing to apply for a visa increases before the New Year holidays and the summer vacation season. During these periods, the waiting time for an appointment can be up to several weeks. In addition, after the reduction in the staff of the US diplomatic mission in the Russian Federation, the number of places for visa interviews has decreased tenfold, and the waiting time at the Embassy has already reached several months. More efficient design options are presented at the Consulate in Vladivostok and abroad.

This company’s site explains that it will take several months.

If this travel agency actually did tell you that you could get a passport and visa by December 12, then they have lied to you, and you should get your money back and consider legal action against them, not me. If you decided to give money to a travel agency for a trip which you could not afford (which I doubt), then that was your decision. I did not make you do this. I have taken nothing from you. You were the one pushing for this trip, not me. I had advised waiting and meeting later next year in Moscow, but you did not like this idea because then you would have had no reason to try to get money from me.

If you have receipts and documents for the trip you claim to have booked, why not share these with me? It is customary for people to send itineraries and trip information to those they intend to visit and travel with. It is very suspicious how you claim you can provide no such details until after I send you money. I don’t believe that you have any of these.

If you do have evidence that you were confident in your intentions, why not share this with me. In this case, I will apologize immediately.

If a thief and liar tries to steal money through deception, and the potential victim does not give them any, how is this a crime on the potential victim’s part? I doubt you have a valid legal case. Besides, if you cannot afford a trip as you claim, how could you afford an expensive frivolous lawsuit? I do not know about courts in Russia, but in America, I think a judge might laugh at this case and throw it out. If you wish to sue someone, sue the travel agency that told you that it would be possible to get a visa by December 12.

If we do go to court over this silly matter of fake transfer codes (which is highly unlikely), I guess then we will have a chance to meet in Moscow after all, which is what I had originally suggested anyways. It is funny that you said you will have no time to visit anyone in Moscow next year due to work, but now seem to have plenty of time to threaten legal action and go to court. Yet again, nothing about your story makes sense. I have plenty of reason to believe it is fake, and that “Yulia” is too.
